Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original BergHOFF boxes, ensuring all protective inserts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
